From Hong Kong to Vietnam years ago

I hesitate to upload this old tainted super 8 film, the result of hot moist climate, Surprisingly as I have many films 50 years old in excellent condition. I guess this film is less than 25 years old based on helpful suggestions I received from viewers. I cannot make out where exactly in Vietnam the cruise went to. One viewer suggests:The second minute is Hanoi, showing Hoàn Kiếm lake I recognize a building in Ho Chi Minh city, though. The last scenes is in the middle of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh city), the post office and the church.
