Indonesia: Pontianak (Borneo) 1948 struggle against Japanese

An old Dutch documentary film portrays the commemoration performance of Kalimantans struggle against the Japanese during the war. I wonder whether it is still being commemorated. My father visited Pontianak more than a century ago. See my clip:
