Ship repair at Yokohama in 1961 横浜

Dutch freighter ss Johore called on the Asano wharf in Yokohama wharf. This film shows the port more than sixty years ago. A diver has to inspect the hull. For the crew it meant some sightseeing in the city where a festival was held. The film was made by marine engineer Kees Renard who contributed many of his films to this site.
